What to bring to the first call

You do not need a perfect brief. These items make 30 minutes count.

  • Environment sketch Firewall count, Panorama or local management, cloud vs on-prem, approximate user count.
  • Drivers Audit, insurance, incident, migration deadline, or “we know we are behind.”
  • Timeline and constraints Change freezes, clinical hours, and budget band if known.
  • Who decides Who owns security vs network vs compliance for follow-up.

Do not paste production secrets, full configs, or PHI into the form. We will arrange a secure channel if config review is needed.

What to expect

A 30-minute discovery call, no pitch deck. We'll talk through your environment, your timeline, and whether ADK Cyber is the right fit. If we're not, we'll tell you who is.

You'll work directly with Jack (our CISO and a PCNSE) from the first call through delivery. No account managers, no rotating analysts.
